WEDDING DANCE PACKAGES
Begin a lifetime of dancing together at Planet Ballroom! We begin your dance journey with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your first dance, wedding theme and music choices with you. Our wedding dance packages include private lessons and group classes dedicated to making your first dance memorable! We want this aspect of your special day to be a fun and enjoyable experience for you. We will help you either pick music or show you what dance matches your song. We will choreograph your entire first dance (entrance, dance, and exit off the floor) to match your personality, style and comfort level. We can also add lessons dedicated to the dances that you may encounter at your reception or on your honeymoon.

COMMON WEDDING DANCES
When preparing for your wedding dance, your Planet Ballroom dance teacher will most likely suggest you choose from the Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, Bolero or Tango. Deciding which dance to learn should be based on the character and theme of your wedding. The Foxtrot is great for a classy, sophisticated and traditional wedding. The Waltz is beautiful and magical, perfect for that fairytale first dance! The Rumba and Bolero will make your special day romantic and sexy, especially for a night or evening wedding. The Tango is the preferred choice for couples that want to make a flirty and risqué statement! For an added effect, many of our wedding dance students decide to keep their dance lessons a secret from their families, only to surprise their guests with their new found dance moves!

WHEN TO START
Don't wait until the last minute to learn to dance! We strongly recommend beginning dance classes with us at least 6 months prior to your wedding. Remember, your wedding dance is a magical and memorable experience! It’s worth taking the time to do it right.
